Eating Sharks with Mayonnaise

We took a fun trip to the National Aquarium in Baltimore with the girls.

Amara was fascinated by big, colorful fish that move around a lot. We were fascinated by just how much drool she got on Richard's shoulder. :-)

Kiran loved learning about the fish (she was very serious at times).

Kiran was a little afraid of the sharks at first. So we taught her how to deal. Now she says, "No way, shark! You're not going to eat ME! I eat YOU with mayonnaise!"

The dolphins were amazing!

My little marine biologists LOVED the dolphins. Even Amara was clapping!

Air and Space Museum

We spent a chilly morning indoors checking out the airplanes and rocket ships.

But first, we had to get there.  It was cold enough that both girls had to wear silly hats.

Richard is annoyed because he doesn't know why I'm laughing.  Poor Amara-Bee.

She stayed there for at least five straight minutes.  She loved the attention she got from passers by.

Ballet - Week Two

Kiran's First Ballet Class

Kiran had her first ballet class today. She loved it!

Roller Skates

Santa left Kiran some awesome roller skates for Christmas.  We got outside today to try them out for the first time.
