Our sit-down, family meal on weekdays is breakfast, so we had cupcakes and presents in our PJs along with our eggs and cheese at 6 a.m.
[I was up past 11 p.m. last night making FOUR DOZEN Olivia cupcakes for Kiran to take to school and share with her FOUR DOZEN friends. We stole four of them this morning for our own little celebration.]
Kiran wanted to do presents before cupcakes. It's her birthday, so she runs the show.

One of Kiran's presents was a full-on Olivia outfit, which we assured her she could wear to school today. Turns out it's picture day, so she'll be photo-bombing the class pictures with Olivia. Ooops.
